Alpaca Punch Tincture from Black Alpaca
Strain: Alpaca Punch Tincture
Grower: Black Alpaca
Onset time: About 45 minutes to kick in after taking about 10 mg under the tongue.
Fade: About four hours after ingesting.
Strength: Mild to medium (Note: My body doesn’t process tinctures or edibles very effectively, so I usually don’t have a strong reaction to them. It may be much stronger for people who do).
Tingling (where did you feel it): Upper back, forehead, shoulders (subtle)
Control (can you maintain focus, etc): Some head fuzz starting about 35 minutes in, but control overall is easy.
Emotions: Relaxed, calm
Energy level: OK, mellow
Smell: Sort of a burnt taste, sugary. Probably best to mix this with coffee or other strong drink.
Positives: Mild euphoria, body feels relaxed. Not super high but it could be nice on body aches if I were sick.
Negatives: Made me a little sleepy. Tastes bad.
Other notes: Container is a bit strange and awkward, but I think that keeps the overall product cost down ($25 for 100 mg). Bit hard to know if you’re giving yourself a dropper full if you just squeeze the container under your tongue. Good for mind and body relaxation. Not much energy, more something to sit back and chill with. Moderately social. One nice thing about using tinctures to infuse drinks of food over pre-made edibles is that you can control the dosage (how many mg you use).
